Visa Application

Monday to Thursday from 09h00 to 12h30

 

Pick up Visa

Fridays of the week following application, from 09h00 to 12h30.

Urgent visas will be granted and picked up the following day from 09h00 to 12h30.

We close for lunch from 13h00 to 14h00

 

TYPES OF VISAS:

 

DIPLOMATIC VISA

  1. Note Verbale to H.E. Ambassador
  2. Valid diplomatic passport and a photocopy
  3. Form completed and signed by the applicant
  4. One passport-type photograph
  5. Visa delivered on the same day

 

ORDINARY VISA

  1. Form completed and signed by the applicant
  2. Valid passport and a photocopy
  3. One passport-type photograph
  4. Original Criminal Record
  5. Certificate of not having any contagious disease
  6. Invitation letter
  7. Return travel ticket
  8. Travel insurance
  9. Up-to-date international vaccination card and a photocopy
  10. Hotel booking confirmation

 

TOURIST OR FRIENDS/FAMILY VISIT VISA

  1. Requirements in addition to the requirements of the ordinary visa cited above, except point 6.
  2. Invitation letter from the person inviting the applicant, accompanied by a copy of his/her ID card and passport, with certified signature
  3. Bank statements or salary receipts for the last three months from the visa applicant
  4. Bank statements or salary statements for the last three months from the friend or relative if they are responsible for the travel and stay

 

For workers who have already been working in Equatorial Guinea for more than one year:

 

  1. Residence card (does not require point 6. of the ordinary visa)
  2. Worker card
  3. Social Security contributions for the Republic of Equatorial Guinea

 

BUSINESS OR MARKET PROSPECTION VISA

  1. Visa not exceeding 15 days, its analysis has a duration of 30 days and for urgent requests 15 days for their subsequent answer. Its value is equal to the 30 days visa application, urgent or normal respectively.
  1. Letter addressed to H.E. Ambassador Tito Mba Ada, stating the purpose or intention of the visit to Equatorial Guinea
  2. Company Registration (Registration of commencement of Activity and Permanent Certificate)
  3. Tax Contribution (3 months proof)
  4. Certificate of the Director or Manager of the applicant company stating that the visa applicant is a worker of that company
  5. The applicant must comply with the requirements of the application for an ordinary visa, except point 6. of the requirement
  6. Bank statement for the last 3 months

 

PLEASE NOTE: IF THE VISA IS NOT GRANTED, THE COST OF THE VISA WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

 

Visa: 30 days – 100 Euros (1 entry, 1 exit)
